The NEW shom SCAM. Same as the OLD shom SCAM.

When the first thing the CEO does is submit incorrect share structure numbers in his OTCM disclosures, that gives me reason to question his intent.

Btw, what they’ve submitted are not filings to the SEC. They are disclosures to OTCMarkets, none of the data is vetted for accuracy.
