NO Reverse Split



$WSML, $BTHI, $CYPE, $AXMP, all these companies will not do any reverse stock splits, before the reverse merger nor after the reverse merger. Screw what anybody tells you, I personally structured all these transactions and ain't nobody can tell you more about the structure period.


The ambition is great after the PR last Tuesday. We now wait for a PR what company ASIC is. What are the revenues and P&L. After that we can see what the value is of the RM.
