Late filing

I've been invested in edig since 1999. I was a part of the exciting run to 24 and a part of the ups and mainly downs since. In my 18 years in this stock as far as I can remember, edig never filed late. In my opinion, there's had to be some significance to this event. What will it mean that's the question. I'm with other posters that why would 2 men join a board of a failing company. I feel edig is positioned better than it's ever been.
