CHIF has already announced the intention to convert Naomi Village Resort into a medical cannabis wellness center, dispensary and in time, a medical cannabis testing laboratory and cultivation operation.

INdeed, on May 24 (owned by his wife d/b/a/ Red Mansion LLC) was sold at bank oauction on May 24 and he ctually DE-LISTED from the SEC altogether shortly thereafter.

(2) The PUMP of getting current and FINALLY doing so (Stop Sign finally removed, YAY!!!) and, also, the PUMP of becoming "DTC Eligible" caused another spike in the pps.

It is the DTC eligibility that is prohibiting people from buying NSAV. Much more that the stop sign. I will get NSAV DTC eligible very soon.

But even there, part of that was complete BS! Are we "DTC Eligible" yet? In fact, are we even PINK CURRENT YET? Nope! Stop Sign is back. More "Sneaky J" Tilton BS!

So the share prices tanked yet again.

And I have to ask "Has 'Sneaky J' Tilton resigned yet?" No, he has not!! So, yet again, more BS from the guy!

And, so, here we are and actually WORSE OFF then where this POS ticker was on March 13, 2017 as on that date this ticker closed @.0004!!!

WTF is this guy doing? Or, should I ask NOT DOING? (Not resigning might be the answer!)

So there you have it, good DD in a nutshell and, again, imho, the reason this POS sits @.0002. And when it does touch .0003? Well, the "Fedups" sell. (Just wait until the divis are freed up to sell also!!!). And if this ever gets to .0004 again? More selling by the "Fedups" then as well.

Oh, yeah, almost forgot:

(3) Considering the above and that we are now @.0002, methinks NSAV will only move beyond .0002/.0003 WHEN THE FINANCIALS ARE FINALLY RELEASED AND THEY SHOW REVENUE!! Indeed, "Sneaky J" Tilton can Tweet Pump this POS as much as he likes but peeps are onto his BS and that is why, around Nov. 2017, the share price here has steadily declined to where we are now and no matter what kind of great "News" "Sneaky J" Tilton has Tweeted! NOTHING AT ALL HAS HELPED!!! Not "MJCoin", not "BeerCoin", not "Angry Tiger Beer", not "Tiger Hemp Beer", not the "Louisiana Brewery Build", not the "Share Buyback", etc. NOTHING!

So, again, this POS is going NOWHERE until "Sneaky J" Tilton gets those current FINANCIALS released and they show that VSRI and the Eli Lilly thing is REAL AND PRODUCING REVENUE!!
