Funds can manipulate wherever they want/like and they don’t need any insider news. If you understand market you would know they usually win both shorts and longs side before any news.

1. Court documents are PUBLIC for the one who cares to read, and all hearings have been postponed in July/August; plaintiffs lawyers are trying to postpone and settle imo as all their points have been literally broken with recent developments (maybe before for the ones who did DD);

2. this is a pointless and ridiculously baseless assumption;

3. No bearish theory needed but market is just waiting for the deal (market is waiting $$$$). We have a drug approved in US but no-one is selling there yet. So, currently we have just potential revenues.
