sum- problem w/ BPX-01 NCT02946788 is that they
didn't properly release information (last poster) about its data update last week(s).

Now the AS increase and reinstated RS via the Pre14a,
which is only sensible preparing for the alternative outcome
of things to come - not very confident.

OS 450M was more than enough to cover for the convertibles + Warrants in case of successful partnership, leading to roughly 390M OS. And the vote for a right to RS doesn't need a big debate here. I would call this Pre14 quite a regression to what we actually have believed to happen.

However, things must go forward even without partnership and they may have to do the inevitable to enter phase-3 territory.
