Nope. HEMPINC closing PPS on July 03 2017 was 0.0205, HEMPINC closing PPS today July 03 2018 was 0.0374.
No matter which math is used that is not 100%

100% would be 0.0410.

Just an exaggeration like the majority of HEMPINC claims

HEMPINC still has a gagged transfer agent also.

Investors who bought in recently are pretty darn disappointed.

Those with gifted shares are doing ok.

What a scam, a share selling scheme, printing shares nonstop.
