Guys,

I hear some people talking about commons getting cancelled, as far as I know that would only be possible if the company restructured their debt, or also if the company was liquidated the creditors would get paid off first, with commons getting any leftover equity (assuming there is leftover equity in the case of liquidation)
However if we obtain a buyout, which is why most people are in this stock (due to the asset/liability ratio, as well as patents, future revenue, proprietary technology etc...) the commons cannot be cancelled.

I believe this is correct, in case of a buyout commons will remain the same, anyone care to weigh in to confirm?
