Penny Stock - Holding up they way it does is not normal. There is something supporting it and propping it for a reason. Most penny stocks will shoot up and crash down. That is why many nay sayers were so heavily leaning into this stock at the time when it should have come down. But never did. It is still holding and setting up for a run. News or no news, this is self sustaining at this point. It is the fundamentals behind it that make it so attractive.
