So we still don't know if the company actually has 300 employees as the recent PR stated or closer to under 50 like the posted web sites show. No wonder Mario doesn't want anyone inside the building. First of all, a visitor might have a hard time finding a spot to park with only about 6 parking spots available for all those employees.

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to buy or sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
