This is a risky move but now that Titan has extra cash, why don't they tell insurers that they'll waive the cost for the first implants (up to a certain limit) and if the patient is doing satisfactorily and desires another regimen of Probuphine in 6 months, then the insurers should agree to cover the medication....
without hassle.


Another scenario is to drastically reduce the fee for first timers, which the insurers agree to and if another treatment is desired by patient, said insurance companies agree to pay full price from that point onward.




Of course, if this is proposed to Titan, their attorneys will advise them to say it was one of the ideas they were already mulling over.....
