Because no one wants a fraud company stock like PDXP, CHIT, or VICT. They got caught and suspended for securities fraud.

There is no buying because there is no buying interest. There is no selling because no one wants to buy at these high prices.

Now the SEC investigation continues, and may take several years to complete.
