I agree with Halbroke1 and DonateLove...I think you are looking at concrete tangibles and low at that...Debt being only 60M...try factoring in intangibles(intellectual property, NOLs, future cost of building plants...start up cost...establishing market accounts...there's a myriad number of them). Then if there is a bidding war...I think greater than 200M is possible. It was mentioned that Cargill alone could offer 608M ...just .05% of their annual profit. That's chump change for some of the companies. Either way it will all be green in the end. IMHO
