and Albemarle gets caught selling Corfo lithium to USA parent at 25% under market price so parent can jack the price up 25%-35% on no-value-added middleman resale in world market (see 18th paragraph down from top).

The $700M investment by Posco/Samsung, Fulin, Molymet in Chile's altruistic pie-in-the-sky "Value-Added-Lithium_Products" program using 25% of the lithium produced in Atacama has come to a screeching halt.

Dear Sebastian and Minister of Safety Baldo, you must know that this old stinky typical Chilean horse sheet is going to be on the discussion table front & center exposed in front of all the International Lithium players/miners in the upcoming Second Forum on Lithium in Chile on August 8th... you can't be blind now also on top of being suddenly deaf and dumb. Wasn't Baldo supposed to be watching over this kind of shady crap? Or, is he too busy now kissing up to low level Indian miners for their votes in the next Presidential election by playing the "let's get bogged down in demanding more expensive safety programs/equipment in the mines" card lately?

The big whoosh sound you two are going to hear on August 9th is the sound of International lithium seed money by private investors fleeing Chile. Corfo and Codelco is raping Chile and delicately/systematically jack-boot stomping private miners into the ground. I thought you two knew this in the run-up to the presidential election... but apparently you were clueless. Tsk tsk, shame on you two.

Void out the commie-inspired $700M do-gooder charade/contract involving Posco/Samsung, Fulin, and Molymet and simply let the free enterprise market re-establish itself in Chile sans all this phony baloney government help/subsidies/lithium-price-controls... those artificially propped-up helping hand programs never work.
