A meeting could be even better. If Kim ends up attending, I'm hoping he had to pack a giant pair of scissors.

As for his financing, I remember reading something about Kim not being able to use Vietnamese options until he had an established business entity Viet Nam. Not sure if this is accurate. But to your point, these next 2 weeks better not pass him by without any resolution on that front.
