I disagree. I don't think ECPN management is stupid. They ripped millions and millions off of low-knowledge investors and have kept the precious metals lie going for a decade. That takes at least a moderate level of ability to maintain for so long. Or a particularly dumb group of investors.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
