On July 2, 2018, the Board of Directors and Shareholders of the Company agreed to file an Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation to cancel the 80-1 reverse split of its existing shares rounding off to 100 shares minimum round lots, cancel the reduction of its authorized Common Stock from 7,000,000,000 to Common Shares to 500,000,000 and reinstate its name as All State Properties Holdings, Inc
