lol, why mislead people like this? you can't sell all your shares and still own a company, can you? So are the past financiers holding their shares (retaining partial ownership) or are they selling their shares (diluting the stock)? Can't have it both ways. Besides this particular line of 4 1/2 year old financing is long gone, due in '15, warrants expired after 4 years. Alzheimer's maybe?
