DTC (deposit) CHILL remains in place (confirmed).

If the CEO claims otherwise, maybe he can post the important notice from the DTCC indicating the resumption of services has been approved. I see no such notice from the DTC.

Here is the info indicating there is still a deposit CHILL on VMGI
