Don't believe for one second Rosillo doesn't know why. He previously stated it was because of the gigantic volume on 1/26. He also claimed he didn't know why they sold TWENTY TIMES the number of shares they averaged prior to that day. But it is so clear why. They paid out AT LEAST $220,000 in paid promotion released on that day. That's what is traceable. Who knows, could be even more. So now that that excuse has gone by the wayside, for the CE would NOT still be imposed, five months later, if that was the reason. The OTC would have disclosed to him why the CE was imposed to give him the chance to clean up his act. Apparently, that has not happened. He knows for sure. The OTC does not give out any information regarding the CE to the public regarding the whys or wherefores or information on when or if it will be removed. But OVER FIVE LONG MONTHS of its imposition, that certainly speaks volumes. Something huge is going on and it isn't good. THIS STOCK IS OF GREAT PUBLIC CONCERN. That's why. The CE makes it even more risky that just being an OTC pink sheet stock - which is risky enough in itself. Remember when they said they were in the process of uplisting? What a load. The next level would have been OTCQB, not OTCQX. They in no way qualified for OTCQX. Another stupid, BS lie.
