Toron(otc: $TRON) 299M float. No R/S. No dilution. $87M healthcare acquisition to close, with financing already secured by Toron's financial partner, Continental. InMed will be the first in a series of healthcare acquisitions. iMedscan software sales and distribution for healthcare patient identity tracking and personal information security will be implemented into InMed upon closing and will be used as proof of concept for revenue and expansion.
