I would have to agree with Krom "block 4 (of the JDZ).
Management has made no secret of their desire to sell off part or all of their Deepwater Assets. I believe that Starcrest has placed two Nigerian Deepwater Assets into ERHE'S hands as a way to "Sweeten the Pot" for a possible suitor of those assets.
This is maybe part of the Agreement between Starcrest and ERHE efforts in working together to help develope Marginal Hydrocarbon Assets in Nigerian Territory.
ERHE could be working with Eland Oil and Starcrest in Marginal Hydrocarbon Properties within Africa as well as Nigeria.
All this is my Opinion so please conduct your own research in case I am Mistaken.
