I think we are in for a turn around here pretty soon. I've been waiting to see what kind of action we get once the TX PUC license is officially transferred. I'm wondering if this has been the hold up for the "friendly" financing.

From the first acquisition of Enertrade, that obviously didn't go through at the time, they stated that upon closing it should take about 90 days for the TX PUC to update and guess what tomorrow is? Day 90. Not necessarily expecting it tomorrow, but by end of next week.

A lot of frowns should be turned upside down here in July. Happy Independence Month from Zenergy and friends:) I'm eager to see what's in store...
