Agreed wimusky, the moment that poster found the SEDAR filing I immediately went to SEDAR and saw that he was right and the filing was in fact already filed there.

1 thing's for certain however, whatever the SOR date versus the actual s/h vote date's about remains completed shrouded in mystery with no clues from mgmt. being given and the market reaction itself not giving any clues/indications either.
