I would have no problem admitting I was wrong, as for now NO-ONE is obviously buying or will be buying unless ACTUAL FINANCING NEWS COMES OUT. No fluff PR will work, no we forgot this or that, no we decided to expand, no we hired more.... no we are installing.....

BTW, isn't the price supposed to inch up on pending good news, not DOWN?
