It appears to be for sale for $590,000 PEN. "Nate" is asking on his gofundme page for $600,000. So that's about right, right?

Except a currency converter says $590,000 PEN is equal to $179,799 USD today.

So, what does "Nate" want the other $400,000 for? Hall's explanation:

Let us not forget that this is the same Nathan Hall of amazing oil field recovery fame (which has never made a verifiable dime). Also, the same Nathan Hall who is in Peru illegally at this point and therefore cannot "run" a hostel (or do much of anything else for that matter). The same Nathan Hall still identified as the President and CEO of WOGI on sunbiz.
