Perhaps the shelf registration is to issue warrants in the future if needed. I would think Wong would frown on any placement south of $3.60 since he basically bailed this co out at that price.
My bet is he will get first crack at any financing needs to support operations and/or expansion.
We are selling-$6M last year and low end of guidance $8M this yr. Measurable goals. We do need q over q sequential growth before any real excitement. Wong and China Goldjoy obviously see something here.
Without the enterprise contracts we still only have modest revenues.
