ABWN In Nevada when Calculating the Corporation Filing Fee it is based on Nevada corporations pay a filing fee based on the value of their authorized shares. To calculate the Articles of Incorporation filing fee, you must know the number of shares you are authorizing for your corporation and the par value of those shares.

So if 5 Trillion is accurate ABWN just signed up for the MAX FEE of $35,000!!

Authorized shares are the total number of shares you are creating when you form your corporation. These shares will be issued to your shareholders, which makes them owners of your business.
