Good Morning,

Glad to see some action and sound constructive debates.

On the part of shares for serves to acquire or formulate their software and IT program is correct..However,The shares given have already factored in as you may have noticed on the current O/S of 350 m.

I don't have a problem with this sort of equity type financing since just from the latest prs it's all going to good use and better this way than Cornell or other really dilutive financing packages that result in millions of shares hitting the market..In this case,the holders have opted to either hold or sell,but it is apparent that the sellers are in small share amounts and probably they continue as all of us have taken a stake as investments.

On with the ban on USA citizens against online funding offshore casinos..The latest after hour pr on the company's program to find a way to maneuver around this is positive and major step..Listen,that law goes in effect in about 9 months,but never confuse that we here in the states will give up online gambling..There will always be a way around this and the company's new potential acquisition is positive in every respect.

The company is still very much undervalued and the current share structure is extremely positive in it's present form..

Also,the dilution and according to the company's buyback program obviously is countering the dilutive effect and this as well is a positive step.

We have a winner here and I am very confidant that this issue will see high pennies..

This is climbing everyday and more MMs are coming onboard..The good thing right now with this issue is the lack of MMs on the bid..Means there are no sellers,but the ask is building,meaning interest in buyers...Eventually more and more MMs will fill this void and the upticks will happen and I suspect it's already started.

Just be fortunate enough that you are in on the ground floor.
