On that note - Bolt Threads missed their self imposed June launch of their "Mylo" bag made from alternative leather tech that they licensed from another company. They are now implying that they might wait till after summer to launch. It sounds like it will be a very limited production run similar to the tie.

This "Mylo" tech is actually really cool. Also not super new. And more importantly, not really Bolt Threads. I think it's only a matter of time before they scrap their whole "spider silk" endeavor due costs and other production hurdles and start running with "Mylo". It's the only play I see them making if they want to survive. It would take a lot of pride swallowing to do that. Lets see if CEO Dan will let hubris get in the way.
