No-one cares. Multiple missed deadlines, PPS in the toilet, SEVERAL EXTREMELY TOXIC NOTES, massive dilution, NO FINANCING, 40+ so called milestones and the pps continues down, hints at MORE EXTREMELY TOXIC NOTES TO COME, very very poor PR, and the number one spot goes to a 20 million dollar missed component, oh yeah, they do not know anything sector economic forecasting. So the 10K is just a mute point and a lame attempt to deflect the true facts as mentioned above.
