RE, forgive my delayed response.

The 34M figure is simply the worst-case conversion of Series B shares (assuming a new financing with worse terms - for retail shareholders - does not change the terms; the series B terms will be amended to match any future financing terms).

~52M common is the worst-case fully diluted OS; it breaks down as follows:
34.275M - Series B conversion (@ $0.48/share)
11.37M - conversion of warrants (@1.60/share)
~6M to 7M - fully diluted OS before financing

~29M is the bast-case with the only difference from above:
11.37M - Series B conversion (@1.45/share)

Do you believe the company would need to announce a merger/sale before the shares are sold to the public?

^As previously stated: retail shareholders will be diluted in almost all scenarios. Anyone talking about a buyback of these shares is dreaming but there is some potential for a forced conversion which really does not help retail escape the ~79%-~88.5% dilution from the recent financing deal.

Also do you still not believe that there could be a low-ball offer for AMDA? I know we longs love the tech and are firm believers in the future potential and what the value should be but.......Anyway at this point I'm ready for this to end.

^ I am with you, pay day should be near and after waiting for years, I am quite fine waiting a bit longer. If AMDA is acquired for less thasn $2B I will be appalled.

^Like AMDA, ATNM will be nothing short of revolutionary across the medical industry. I will follow both of these companies until they are dead of bought.
