JB I am not saying you are wrong.. I am very upset and you appear to be right, BUT why would GAHC be mentioned in articles with huge companies if it is a scam?

Also can anyone explain how a RS 7.5-1 gives more power to the company? Would they be adding more shares after? So like do a 7.5-1 RS than add 500m more shares?

Wouldn't this hurt previous deals (by diluting) and make future deals with companies harder because they worry they may get screwed?

Just trying to figure out the companies overall goals on share structure...
