As all legitimate investors know, insider trading is broadly defined, and illegal.

MMEX's private investor relations channel, and Bubble's, along with her assistant, Adriana from International House of PR are acting in the capacity of investor relations, through a closed, private channel, with more than 1000 subscribers, which is definitely problematic, and could be construed as making all those subscribers insiders, if they are trading MMEX on the basis of information not available equally to all potential investors, and the public.

Here are the paths to providing notification, and complaint to MMEX, and the SEC:

Is it legal for the pr firm to tip off certain people about when something is going to happen? It seems like the select few would have an advantage knowing ahead of the public? I wonder if Hurd knows this?

When you are dead, you don't know that you are dead. It is difficult only for others. It is the same when you are stupid.
