Or #4 JB could decide to buy back our shares at a deep discount compared to what the near future value might be. However that is probable the least likely option. I had to read your post several time to make any sense of it, but the bottom line is you too have not given up hope that JB can finally put this deal together. As of my latest exchange with him, their belief is that your/our "dream" will eventually come to be.

Pisses me off too. I have been waiting more than a decade to recover my six digit lose. My investment was not directly involved in JB's business, but the recovery of those long lost funds is tied directly to his success. Once we have finally collected on our lose we should have a gathering at JB's house to celebrate. Lol. (not likely!)
