i am. the involvement of canaccord genuity is a key factor:

the folks who own the float (common shares) are all wall street pros from the 1990s:

i expect them to create enough value to reach .05, .10 or more.

note how often the stock traded .0001/.0002 range from may 2017 to february 2018.

https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/IGNE/technical-chart?plot=CANDLE&volume=total&data=WO&density=X&pricesOn=1&asPctChange=0&logscale=0&indicators=BBANDS(20,2);SMA(20);SMA(50);SMA(200);ACCUM;CHKMF(20);CCI(20,100);SMACD(12,26,9);RSI(12,100);STOSL(14,3);PVT;SMA(34);PTP(50);PCT(20,0.20)&sym=IGNE&grid=1&height=500&studyheight=200

with a form 15 filed any 3rd party who wanted to load up shares could sell them back to the company, thus affecting a buyback, or those same shares could be given to a newco, in a RM, etc., so if they did that, maybe the OS is tiny.

perhaps some of the insiders who held commons now have preferreds, and .25 per share or higher is in the cards.

who knows, but the accumulation has been amazing, all the pops and drops, each with very little selling after the spike up.

so whatever's going on behind the scenes, in due time, something big is coming for IGNE imo.
