Agree. You don’t sell 16mm shares for $4mm and throw in 8mm warrants with no lock up period and exercise price of 38 cents if you have another option. Oh yea, and Aspire doesn’t need to buy the contingent shares unless share price is at least 50 cents. Well done Mr. Martin.
