There is no way huge cos. can wait for legality-someone is going to move first and it will force a tidal wave.

Not sure if I was clear-they are speaking about US-based investment, as in they are trying to figure out the best way forward in US right now pre-legal. Point is one huge company will start/invest/partner with a US based operation(soon!) and then the dam will crumble with inst $.
