I do not understand how SEC can allow this in the United States of America. Stealing and robbing in daylight - is not a crime in the eyes of SEC.

SCEO are allowed to do whatever they like with pink stocks. Unacceptable. Even I have acquired the knowledge to run a pink scam. But I cannot put myself making money by such unethical behavior. Again, there are honest OTC CEO’s and even those companies might fail. However, Alex to do such dishonest and unethical things to the shareholders by running a public company should be illegal.
