Yes, a refinery will be built.

I expect a full financing agreement be announced.

Will it be MMEX alone, or a joint venture?

Is it possible someone wants to buy out MMEX with all the pre-construction costs and permits?

I do not expect any cancellation of the building of the refinery.

I believe all loyal shareholders will be rewarded.

Sometimes sh*t happens!
