The “Transfer Agent Verified” numbers on OTC Markets are legitimate, and they are updated by VCPS’ Transfer Agent. Transfer Agents handle the issuing of shares, so that would be fraudulent if they were to update the SS with false information.

It’s tough telling where the volume from recent months has been coming from. But with 2.8B shares out there, it’s not too ridiculous to think that it could’ve all been from retail.
