Seriously? If Kim's trying to sell this POS dirty shell...don't you think the shareholders deserve to know?

Kim hasn't been doing anything other than trying to find a buyer - what is there to update.

That's pretty breathtaking, to claim that the CEO of a publicly traded corporation doesn't need to update his shareholders on whether he's trying to sell their company. It's also incorrect.

As for "a huge difference between malfeasance and incompetence" I suggest you check out the stock performance since Kim got involved. There's no difference AT ALL! The shareholders have been hosed, do they really care WHY they were hosed? Is it better to have been hosed by an idiot, than by a crook? LLOLLOLLOL
