The "Useless Undersized Ukrainian" will lie, cheat and steal from anyone. He knew damn well the "Late Lyin' Luther" wasn't who he said he was. Here's Eddie's comment one month after Luther was arrested and jailed--

Look KAM. If you are such a CHAMPION of the truth, and it seems that you are also a moderator on many boards of my companies, then why don't you update them? The front page is full of inaccuracies and wrong information. Mr.Jeffreys was gone a long time ago, and my record is cleared . Also, Mr.Jeffreys was accused of something that allegedly happened several years before he even came to work for our companies. His "alleged" issues had nothing to do with the public arena. And his issues are not connected to us, our companies nor the fillings. We have moved on and wish him the best of luck. Remember, innocent till proven guilty.

Myself and the management did not know of his issues. When we met, in Florida, he checked out fine. (MAKING EDDIE OFFICIALLY EITHER THE WORST PERSON ON EARTH AT CONDUCTING BASIC DD --OR SIMPLY A LIAR WHO WENT LOOKING TO HIRE A PROVEN CROOK TO FRONT HIS LATEST SCAM) . Then, when the issues popped up 2 years ago, we sent him some money to address the issues, and he did so. Then, when the issues popped up again,(but now in New York) I addressed them with him (WAIT.. "NEW ISSUES THIS TIME IN NEW YORK???" ...WHERE AND WHAT WERE THE OTHERS???) , and he said there was a mix up with the states and the statute of limitations, and that its being solved. He argued that he wouldn't have joined any public companies if he felt that the issues weren't gone(WHICH IS WHY HE CREATED A BOGUS RESUME AND HID HIS FACE BEHIND DARK SUNGLASSES?? HE KNEW HE WAS A WANTED MAN!!). Then, he resigned (AND WAS ARRESTED THE VERY NEXT DAY... HOW CONVENIENT. THANKS FOR DOING THAT PUBLIC SERVICE EDDIE!!!)in order to complete the deal and not to add any more pressure to our companies. I wished him all the best, and told him that he is welcome back once he clears himself and his name (WELL HIS NAME WASN'T CLEARED.. HE WAS FOUND GUILTY OF FELONY THEFT AND SENTENCED TO PRISON. EVEN AFTER ALL THAT YOU UPLOADED HIM ONCE AGAIN AS "PRESIDENT -MARIJUANA VENTURE CAPITAL (MJVC) INC (SUTI'S OLD NAME) --THIS TIME USING ONE OF HIS ALIAS'S ("JEFFREYS")-- TO THE WYOMING SOS. THAT WAS THE DAY BEFORE YOU NAMED HIS FAT FLEA MARKET VENDOR FRIEND MILLER AS YOUR NEW "PRESIDENT" PATSY OF SUTIMCO). To this day, everything that we did with the companies was done correct and by the book. So we will not be affected by whatever happens to his case. Also, his alleged issues, have nothing to do with us, or our companies or any public filings and/or operations.
