“Aren't the Bolton conversions due to happen in the next couple of weeks? “

To be precise...they aren’t “due” to happen as it is their decision when they do them. What is happening is that starting on July 12 any stock issued under a conversion of the Pref D will be immediately free trading.

As a result they can convert and sell immediately to avoid pricing risk.
