Well, they have $10K in lease payments every month, so one should care a bit.

Good plan by the CEO to refuse to file financials, though.

It gives ALKM the opportunity for their toxic financiers to dump their discounted shares while the PPS is stratospherically high like this and before they are allowed to increase the share auth or do a reverse split.
