Short term, this will likely dip further because of dilution, until the next PR. Next PR will be huge and cause a spike which will allow everyone to take some profits before slowly coming back down for the LONG haul. But it won’t drop below double digits after that. If PTAB lifts the stay on Apple case and we move to discovery, (very likely) there’s a high chance VPLM is bought out by an Apple competitor who has the cash to see this through. Us LONGS will likely not have to wait 3-5 years with a buyout deal in the next 6 months. Patents are legit or they wouldn’t have passed 8 IPR’s!! VPLM just needs to capitalize on them before validity runs out and they have to be challenged again. 9 years before that happens. Sure, owning any penny stock for the long haul violates investment rules, but in some cases (like this one) the risk/reward is certifiable when one does their Homework.
