It's hard to determine fair value, when the company has been losing money. Prospects for Q2, Q3, and Q4 2018 look pretty dismal, too.

There has been no new announcements for licensing "Llama Llama" merchandise. I have to assume, there are no new licensees. I see that, while Netflix renewed "Llama Llama", there will only be ten, 30 minute episodes for 2019 (that includes the two holiday specials). 2018 had fifteen, 30 minute shows. This doesn't bode well for a third season.

There has not been any announcements for new shows going forward. It seems GNUS is depending on "Rainbow Rangers".

I still think the company will do well next year on the strength of a "Llama Llama" DVD/digital set for season 1.
