The Board met.
They all had a good laugh over the Merger/Mugging ask-reaming we Legacy LIEG shareholders sustained like brave little big boys in a dark windowless basement of a Chilean Catholic church. All the Board members then went back to sipping Pina Colada drinks and their 4-hour afternoon siestas for another year after arranging to have their new Beemers washed/waxed by some of the stinky local peasants trying to eke out a living.
