Something unexpected held this up. I do still believe it is coming for reasons I have stated in the past.

Companies make false promises but not to this extent. You can't say things like " We will reward our shareholders" and "We will be current by X date" without realizing the repercussions if you dont deliver. Anyone in INTK has to realize that if they do not file soon, their stock is completely done. No tweet will ever be taken seriously again.
