Tom's been claiming-something-like-this-for-a-long-time:Doesn't change fact that he's getting his salary, benefits while dilution has continued,the devout shareholders singing his praises while he pats himself on the back accepting awards and accolades, the fabled over-eager "equity investors" he had to beat away from the door didn't materialize -- except Triton, which is not exactly that but an investor -- he IS accomplishing a lot and the potential is huge but share structure and time window is the big elephant in the room:

The fact that a small-cap is willing to go after and NAME the top 5 Market Makers entrusted with regulating fair and orderly trading, is quite astounding IMO! Hope the snakes get flushed out, everyone will benefit.
